Dual Color: VulChromatic Sahara Tan<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is zirconia powder?<\/strong><br \/>\nA powder which consists of 80% zirconia powder and 20% binding powder. A black color treatment is then applied, achieving a matte black surface.<\/p>\n<p><b>How does it become hardened?<br \/>\n<\/b>Over a period of three days, separate components are heated to 1500\u00b0C and then allowed to cool down. Once complete, each component consist of 100% zirconia ceramic and will have a hardness of 1200HV (5 times greater than any stainless steel).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><b>How is the final surface\u00a0accomplished?<\/b><br \/>\nA final grinding phase gives the components their final dimension. In order to achieve the required tolerances, special diamond grinding tools are used during this process.
