Ahead of Baselworld 2016, Rolex has released its new 2016 model for their iconic Cosmograph Daytona. This model (116500 LN) pays homage to the 1965 version in design, with a white dial and black ceramic monobloc Cerachrom bezel, which is patented by the watchmaker.<\/p>\n

The case measures 40mm in diameter and is equipped with a 4130 movement that is completely manufactured by Rolex. This impressive timepiece has a power reserve of 72 hours and is waterproof up to 100 meters. The case and oyster bracelet are made of Rolex’s 904L stainless steel alloy.<\/p>\n

This updated version of the Daytona is a very clean, modern take on the model that still looks like a classic. The combinations of black and white on the dial and the bezel with the stainless steel case and bracelet are a welcomed addition to the Daytona model.<\/p>\n

The new Daytona is also available in white gold with a blue dial (116509), white gold with a black dial (116500LN) and yellow gold with a green (116508).<\/p>\n
