Rihanna was born Rihanna Robin Rihanna Fenty in 1988 in Barbados, Caribbean. She is one of the most famous singers and one of the richest women in the world. At the age of 17, Rihanna released her second album, \u201cA Girl Like me\u201d and after that her third album \u201cGood Girl Gone Bad\u201d, on that album her song \u201cUmbrella\u201d was an all-time hit for Rihanna. At the age of 20 years old, Barbados minister Dave Thompson honored Rihanna by creating a national day in her honor. Rihanna was named an ambassador for education and tourism in Barbados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rihanna has received numerous rewards over the years for her music. Rihanna has received 9 Grammy awards, 12 Billboard awards, 13 American Music Awards, and 8 People\u2019s Choice Awards has broken 6 Guinness World Records, and received a star on the Walk of Fame in Dubai. In 2017, Rihanna was named humanitarian of the year by Harvard University. The streaming service Spotify named Rihanna as the most played female artist of all time on their platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
