The Tudor Black Bay family of 41 mm timepieces is inspired by the Tudor divers\u2019 watches produced during the 1950s.\u00a0 These timepieces have the notable angular \u201csnowflake\u201d hands, even on the seconds hand.\u00a0 Like all divers\u2019 watches, the Tudor reference m79540-0004 has luminescent hour markers \u2013 a large triangle at the 12 o\u2019clock position, rectangles at 3, 6 and 9 o\u2019clock positions and large circular markers at the other hour positions.\u00a0 All luminescent markers are surrounded by a powerful and long lasting steel outline.\u00a0 The characteristic \u201csnowflake\u201d hands gives the Tudor a distinct advantage by allowing large luminescent hour, minute and seconds hands\u2014allowing the wearer to easily distinguish the different hands even in darkest situations.<\/p>\n
