Tudor designed the Black Bay family of 41mm timepieces with time honored care and the inspiration of the Tudor divers\u2019 watches produced during the 1950\u2019s.\u00a0 The Tudor reference m79540-0005 joins in that tradition with a gorgeous polished stainless-steel 41mm case and a large wind down crown.\u00a0 \u00a0The case and scratch resistant sapphire crystal are designed to provide a waterproofness to a depth of an impressive 500 feet.<\/p>\n

Introduced at the 2017 Baselworld, the Tudor reference m79540-0005 has achieved critical acclaim due to its quality of workmanship, durability and its classic, yet sporty good looks.\u00a0 This model has a blue dial and is offset by white luminescent hour markers.\u00a0 The angular hour minute and seconds hands all have \u201csnowflake\u201d luminescent shapes allowing the wearer to clearly see the time in even the most challenging dark situations.\u00a0 So, whether diving off the coast or in a theater or presentation room, the luminescent components will give the wearer a distinct advantage over competitors.<\/p>\n

The hour markers are surrounded by stainless-steel, protecting the luminescent markers for generations to come. The markers include a large triangle at the 12 o\u2019clock position, rectangles at 3, 6 and 9 o\u2019clock positions and large circular markers at the other hour positions.\u00a0 The Tudor Black Bay Reference m79540-0005 is powered by a caliber 2824 self-winding mechanical movement with a 38-hour power reserve.\u00a0 It has a matching 41mm steel case and brown calf leather watchband.\u00a0 The bracelet has a folding clasp and safety catch.<\/p>\n
