Rubber B straps are crafted from our own unique, unrivaled method of elevated density composite version of “vulcanized rubber”, resulting in a molecular fusion process that provides superior resistance to environmental elements such as Ozone, UV, and the harsh aggressions of an aquatic environment, yet providing supreme flexibility and durability against damage or tearing, encouraging a long life without deformation or stretching from prolonged active wear. Contrary to vulcanized rubber concoctions used by other copy-cat straps on the market, a luxurious Rubber B strap is supple without ever containing blends or silicone mixes, so our rubber is always hypo-allergenic, built for endurance, maintains its color, and will develop a natural patina over time. SwimSkin® Alligator
Working privately with the top factory in Switzerland for over four years, RB developed new, complicated machinery and techniques in order to provide the luxury watch industry with rubber finishes that look identical to alligator and other permeable materials. - After bathing in the ocean or a swimming pool, always rinse your strap with fresh water and pat it dry.
- Avoid the direct application of any products that may stain or dry out your rubber strap. ie: alcohol, aftershave, lotions, perfume, etc.
- After sports or excessive perspiration, you should always rinse your strap with lukewarm water and mild liquid hand or body soap.
IMPORTANT:
Never clean your strap with any strong solvents such as Benzene, Trichloroethylene, Acetone, etc. these chemicals may degrade the structure and suppleness of the rubber, causing it to harden.
A CLEAN STRAP IS A HAPPY STRAP!… Wash your straps often to remove any invisible chemicals that may be resting on the surface for long periods of time, which can lead to premature drying of the rubber.
