The Panerai Luminor Submersible Reference PAM01024 has a 44mm case made from AISI 316L polished steel. The bezel is in brushed steel which rotates counter clockwise with a graduated scale which measures the diving duration with minute intervals. The timepiece has an hours and minutes hand, a small seconds dial at 9 o’clock and a date aperture at 3 o’clock.
The dial is black which makes the luminous dots and Arabic numerals at 12 and 6 o’clock appear highly legible in both light and darkness. This timepiece is powered by the OP XXX Calibre which is modified from a Valjoux 7750 base containing 25 jewels and a 50 hour power reserve.
The bezel of this timepiece was created in 1956 for the Egyptian Navy, known as the L’Egiziano. The strength of the 316L steel provides a material that is both hypoallergenic and highly resistant to corrosion. The locking mechanism and crown ensure that this diver’s watch will support a dive depth of 300 meters.
Rubber B has designed 10 colorful bands for the Panerai reference PAM01024. These bands are precisely calibrated for the 44mm Luminor submersible cases. They utilize “Blocked Integration” engineering for a flawless, motionless flush mount to the Panerai case. These bands fit the original Panerai tang buckle, but also include a 316L stainless steel tang buckle with the band.
All Rubber B bands are made in Switzerland of pure vulcanized rubber. No coating, blends or bonding are used in the production ensuring a powerful companion for Panerai divers. There are many colors that would look spectacular on this black dial PAM01024. Besides 6 solid colors, Rubber B has designed 4 VulChromantic (Dual-Color) bands.
