In this blog post, we are going to be taking a closer look at the career of Lindsay Lohan, and her favorite wristwatches.
Lindsay Lohan was born on July 2nd, 1986 in The Bronx, New York. As a young girl, she was a child model. Before lighting up Hollywood, Lindsay Lohan was featured in print ads and television commercials. When Lohan was 11, she starred in the 1998 remake of ‘The Parent Trap’. As with many child stars, the Disney production would lead to her big break in Hollywood.
In addition to ‘The Parent Trap,’ Lindsay Lohan appeared in the remakes of ‘Freaky Friday’ (featuring Jamie Lee Curtis) and starred in ‘Herbie: Fully Loaded’.
She also appeared in ‘Mean Girls’ in 2004, which was produced by Tina Fey. Little people know that Lindsay Lohan actually wanted to play the Mean Girl character “Regina George” rather than “Katy” she wanted a role that was different from her “normal character” (as seen in ‘Freaky Friday’) of a damaged teen. Also in 2004, Lindsay Lohan starred in the Disney movie ‘Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen’ Which can be viewed as her first debut in the music scene.
When Lindsay Lohan first moved to California, her roommate was a fellow Disney star at the time, Raven Simone (‘That’s so Raven’). Lindsay Lohan made her way into the music scene, she’s released songs that are in the soundtracks of her films, and has released two albums of her own.
Lindsay Lohan has won numerous awards during her career in Hollywood. The star most recently received a Golden Raspberry Award (or ‘Razzie) in 2007, for her film “I Know Who Killed Me).
Another recent endeavor for Lohan was the creation of her very own fashion line, ‘6126’ which has a collaboration with Sephora cosmetics. Along with Lindsay Lohan’s excellent style is her taste in gorgeous timepieces.
