With a legacy that includes creating wristwatches for the Italian Navy during World War II, Panerai watches combine the toughness of a watch made for soldiers with a classic design aesthetic. The models that feature the Luminor 1950 case have a patented crown protector that gives them an old world feel in a time when technology is invading the luxury watch market with the advent of smartwatches. While some enjoy the novelty of strapping an electronic device on their wrists to tell time and remain connected, there is still a demand for beautiful mechanical luxury watches that were around long before the tech boom at the turn of the century.
The 44mm Panerai Luminor Submersible shown in the photo above is fitted with a Military Green vulcanized rubber strap from the Rubber B e-Boutqiue. Swiss made, our straps go through a rigorous quality control process that guarantees our clients the highest quality rubber strap available on the market. We micro-callibrate our straps using ‘blocked integration’ engineering to ensure a flush mount onto the case with no gaps or movement. They are then fitted with a 316L tang buckle that can be swapped out for the buckle that comes with the watch.
In addition to Military Green, we offer straps for the Submersible in Jet Black, Arctic White, Canary Yellow, Navy Blue and Red Devil. We also offer VulChromatic dual colored straps in Jet Black with either a Military Green or Sahara Tan design detail down the side. All of our straps exceed FDA and BVGG specifications and are non-allergen, non-toxic and non-marking.
