An elegant yet sporty steel wristwatch model, Tudor introduced a 41mm Heritage Black Bay at Baselworld 2017. Featuring a minimalistic design and thin middle case, it is ideal for those that want a watch that can transition from the outdoors to the office. This model resembled the popular Rolex Explorer model with characteristics that are unique to Tudor watches, like the snowflake-shaped hour hand.

Larger case sizes are in demand these days, and while Tudor increased the diameter of the case on the Reference 79540, they took steps to make it as thin as possible so that it can slip under the cuff of a suit. Other Black Bay models come with a domed sapphire crystal while the crystal of the 41mm is flat. It also comes with a smooth polished steel bezel. These elements combined with a thinner middle case create a low-profile sports watch.

The Black Bay 41 is powered by a caliber 2824 self-winding mechanical movement. It has a power reserve of approximately 38 hours and a depth rating of 150 meters. It is available on the steel bracelet shown above or on a brown leather strap with a folding clasp and safety catch. Either option comes with a camouflage fabric strap as well.
