Rolex has updated the classic Explorer model for Baselworld 2016. This version of the Oyster Perpetual Explorer (214270) has an enhanced Chromalight display with blue luminescence that makes it even easier to tell time in the dark.
The Explorer has a 39mm case, black dial and large 3,6 and 9 numbers that are filled with the blue luminescence. The hour hand has a mercedes shape, the bezel is smooth and it features an oyster bracelet.
Powered by a 3132 movement, this timepiece has a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. Available in 904L stainless steel, the Explorer is the only professional watch that Rolex offers a very minimalistic design.
