The Panerai Luminor Marina Automatic (PAM104) combines the design sensibilities of a classic dive watch with a simple and legible display. While other timepieces clutter their dials with additional functionalities, this automatic Luminor model provides the essential wristwatch functions, time, and date. Equipped with a Panerai OP III caliber, exclusive to the watchmaker, the PAM104 has a power reserve of 42 hours and a depth rating of 300 meters.
A combination of the watches made for the Italian Navy in the 1940s and 1950s and their modern 44mm dive watches, this Panerai model offers the best of both worlds. The symmetry of the dial created by the seconds sub-dial and 9 o’clock and date aperture at 3 o’clock makes it pleasing to the eye while the large Arabic numerals at 12 and 6 and the long hour markers increase its legibility in any environment. The luminescence of the markers and hands allows you to tell the time in the dark depths of the sea just as well as anywhere else on the planet.
