Stana Katic is a prolific award winning actress. She was born in Ontario, Canada and is of Serbian descent from Croatia. She actually is fluent in English, Serbo-Croatian, French, Italian and Slovenian.
Her TV credits are long and wide. She took many 1-3 episode roles in many top shows including Alias, JAG, ER, 24, CSI: Miami, and many others. From 2009 to 2016 she took a role as Captain Kate Beckett in the TV Show Castle and Agent Emily Byrne in the series Absentia. She also appeared in several made for TV movies and mini series including “The Librarian: Curse of the Judas Chalice,” “Would be Kings,” and “Sister Cities.”
She appeared in many films as well, both in the US and abroad including roles in Feast of Love, The Double, Big Sur, Quantum of Solace and The Rendezvous. She has also acted in several voice-only roles for DC comics.
She has won multiple People’s Choice Awards, and TV Guide Magazine’s Fan Favorites Awards, along with a Satellite Award and a PRISM Award. Here ability to perform multiple types of characters including strong female leads has given her the opportunity to play both lead and supporting character roles.

The case is stainless steel but has both a polished edge on the bezel and a brushed steel look surrounding it. Clearly this timepiece has a beefy feel to it and is far more substantial than a “ladies” watch which would be 10 mm smaller at minimum.
